Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Her Daily Deal! We are aware that you cannot try on the items that you purchase online before buying, therefore, please make sure that you measure yourself correctly before placing an order. 

If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, or if item is different than the design displayed for the product on our website, you can request to return the item. If this is the case, our items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately for assistance. 

Please check to make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days; and
  • The product isn't used; and

Either a) the product itself or the printing is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in on our website, and c) all the product tags are attached to the product.

YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WHEN YOU SEND US THE DEFECTIVE ITEM OR FOR ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR DO AN EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT.

Please do not send your product(s) back to the address you received them from!

We have multiple warehouses; therefore, we ask that you wait for an email from us with the return mailing address for any returns/exchanges. 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return.

If you need to get in touch with us, you can email us, complete the contact form on our website, or send us a private message on Facebook with your order number. After you have sent an email to us at support@herdailydeal.com you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). If you do not reach out via private message with the order number, you likely won't receive a response.

If your items have not arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact us for a full refund of your purchase. Our policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries. 

Please Note: Due to the popularity and high demand of certain items in our store, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on our website.

 

Return Packaging For Returns/Exchanges

To return a product to Her Daily Deal or to exchange a product please send an email to support@herdailydeal.com to request an RMA #. If you return a garment back to us without an RMA or if its soiled or used, we will not give you a refund and will not be able to exchange the item.

  • All orders must be accompanied with a RETURN/ECHANGE FORM to be accepted.
  • You must write the RMA # on the package.
  • All returns/exchanges require a 2 day processing time.
  • Replacement items require 3 to 5 business days before replacement is shipped.

If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with a tracking number.

 

***IMPORTANT***

Once your order has been processed/shipped, we cannot offer cancellations as your order is already in transit to you. 

For health and sanitary reasons, some of the items that we sell in our store are considered "FINAL SALE". Items that are FINAL SALE are items considered undergarments and we cannot accept them back for returns or exchanges. NOTE: Butt lifters, panties, any shapewear bodysuits or full bodysuits are final sale for hygienic reasons.

 

Sizing Issues

Please use the Size Chart on our product page to pick the correct size and fit for the item you are purchasing if you are purchasing a clothing item such as a corset or waist trainer. It is very important to make sure you know your waist measurements for getting the perfect fit.

Her Daily Deal is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, it may take anywhere from 15-30 days for your exchanged item to reach you.

If you are outside the United States and need to return an item, please know that you are responsible for paying the international shipping back to our warehouse. This shipping cost is non-refundable, only the item’s value will be refunded back to you.

 

Exchanges

Her Daily Deal accepts exchanges of a product sold on our website in certain cases, and if we agree to do an exchange, we will issue you store credit equal to the price of the item (excluding the shipping costs). Store credit can then be used to purchase any item in our store and does not expire.

Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • With all tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • In its original packaging
  • Within 30 days after you received your original purchase

Another option is to:

Keep the product because you will likely need it in a few months if you waist train consistently. This applies if the size you purchased is too small! If you decide to keep the item, then we can give you a 20% discount on an order for the new product if you choose this method.
