What Is a Waist Trainer/Shaper and What Does it Do?

If you're serious about waist training then it's very important to look after your waist trainer properly. Over time they take a lot of punishment from regular wear so  if you take care of your waist trainer,  you can easily extend the life of the trainer.

Cleaning: Hand wash your waist trainer in cold water or wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. DO NOT put your waist trainer in the dryer as it may damage it! Simply lay it flat to dry.

Air-Drying Your Waist Trainer: Waist trainers must be dried by turning the lining to the upper side and hanging it over the back of a chair. Never hang it by or near a heat source because it can cause shrinkage and damage to the stitching.

Alternate Your Waist Trainer: Rather than buying one waist trainer, buy 2 or 3 and alternate them so that each one gets to ‘rest’ between each wearing.
